I am very comfortable for Dr. Hina Ahmed examine and check-up. I will be happy to see her seeing for long term.

First time here and NP Barbara was super sweet and friendly, I was just there for my routine Pap smear so I didn’t have any questions or concerns, therefore, everything went very smoothly. Also, the med assistant with her was also very respectful and sweet. Overall, good experience!

Overall, I had a very positive experience at Dr McBride's office. Staff were professional and helpful and I will definitely continue to return.

Dr. McBride made me (a patient) sitting on the examination chair feel relaxed and comfortable starting a friendly conversation referring to my mammogram result. Even though I have only been seeing her once a year so far at the time of annual gynecology checkup I always get the impression that Dr. McBride is checking on not only physical but also mental aspect of patient - women - at my age (60s).

I love Dr. McBride, she has solved a lot of problems for me and is so incredibly easy to talk to and very direct and sensible. The way the EMG treatment is delivered is not entirely comfortable however. An extra pillow and lowered music would help. I know they have limited ability to do this though.

I really love this provider. She's super sweet, makes me feel really comfortable, and takes my concerns seriously. She makes sure to run all the tests to confirm that nothing is out of the ordinary even when she thinks the answer is probably something benign/simple. Definitely my favorite gynecology experience I've ever had. Would highly recommend!

First time being here. Dr. Barbara is nice and friendly. Also, not sure if it’s because that I went on a workday morning, the wait is pretty short, and it took less than half an hour for the entire process.

It’s good but i was there on May 31 at and i didn’t get my referral for a mammogram which is very important i know you want to see as many patients as possible but this is important. It seems not a lot of staff to cover the front desk.

I was very satisfied with my visit to Dr Guichard: her bedside manner was excellent and she was very clear and detailed in her explanations. She was emphatic towards my physical discomfort during examination and I left feeling seen.

The doctor is very nice and warm. The office staff greats you with a smile. The office is small but it is never crowded. My wait time is always minimal, I never spend more than 1 hour for the entire visit.

Doct Molly Mc Bryde is amazing, she is always kind , knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend her! However the front desk and doctor's assistant always seems to have an attitude or being annoyed to be there or if you ask one more question, not sure why. Hopefully that will change but overall good experience.

DR. TAMARA GUICHARD AND DR ELIZA GOMEZ made decision to refer me to do mammogram and ultrasound test, that can save my life and I found out about my breast cancer in a early stage.

Great doctor!

I was stressed out several days before my appointment because I had a bad experience during my last gynecological exam which was over a year ago. When I arrived at the office, I felt a little more relaxed. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. When Barbara came into the examination room, she introduced herself and presented as professional with a warm personality. Barbara explained the process step by step that help relieved my anxiety about the examination. It was a very quick process and I thank her and appreciated her kindness and understanding about my feeling before the exam. Barbara is a wonderful and caring person and I highly I recommend her services

I didn’t get a chance to meet with the medical provider. The front desk staff lack over customer service skills, instead of feeling welcomed hour greeted as if you’re interrupting their conversation. The medical assistants in the back never introduced or identified who they were before they took vitals. One of them was extremely rude. The only positive encounter I had was the woman who walked me back to the exam room

I scheduled an appt with Dr. Molly McBride on ZocDoc, then I received a call from the office informing me my appointment, as a new patient, would be with Sarah Weld, NP. At first, I felt disappointed, since I’d been researching for a doctor who might be able to help me with disruptive menopause symptoms, and right when I thought I’d finally found one, with the app showing she was available for appointments, I’m being told I can’t see the doctor since she’s not taking new patients. But then I talked with the staff (the staff is wonderful, btw), and I decide to go and see how the appointment went. I left that appointment absolutely elated — Sarah Weld is kind, patient, thoughtful, she listens to seek to understand with empathy, and she is *extremely* knowledgeable. It was my favorite gynecological appointment I’ve ever had. We laid out a game plan for treating menopause symptoms, and I no longer feel like I’m alone trying to figure out what I can do to help me feel like myself again. And if any of my younger female counterparts are reading this review — if you’d like to prepare for a smooth peri-menopause journey, please go see Sarah Weld. I would’ve done anything to have Sarah as part of my medical team when I started experiencing peri-menopause symptoms when I was in my mid-40s. It can be a very confusing, frustrating time, and Sarah can see where things stand with bloodwork to check hormone levels, discuss what to expect in the coming months/years, and layout options for treatment. Dr. Molly is wonderful. Her knowledge and calm patience with all my questions and concerns is greatly appreciated. Her acknowledgment of my anxiety and the way she treats me is exactly what I need. However I found her desk staff rude and condescending. My mother asked if the prescription was going to her pharmacy and says to her “ you mean your daughter’s pharmacy “ Clearly I’m 19 and still under my parents insurance so it’s her pharmacy so there was no need for that remark. She was rude to my mother. And she made me feel bad about having her with me but I have anxiety and need her.Clearly they need to be more sensitive, you don’t know what other people are feeling.

I arrived a bit early and the receptionist was very professional and courteous. I didn't even wait 5 minutes before I was called to take a sample then called in by the PA to conduct the exam. The whole visit was 30 minutes and painless. Staff was also pleasant and courteous. This is the place to go to be seen quickly and professionally. They are customer driven and it's very clean!

Everyone went above and beyond to ensure I understood the process, aftercare and billing. Elena was exceptional and so too the assistant aid who took care of my mom while I was being attended to. Dr. Guichard is calm, compassionate and have a very positive aura.

Made an early appointment specifically to meet with the actual doctor. I say that because I hate waking up in the morning but my vaginal health is very important to me. They even called me over the phone to reschedule because she wasn’t available at a certain time a waste of phone call didn’t get my hours of sleep.Never got to meet her however, I was met with a really wonderful PA that helped me, examined me and answered all my questions. She was wonderful.

I liked the new facility. Staff seem very polite, and I really like Dr. Guichard. I’m happy I’ve found her. She is always patient answering all my questions and she seems very and knowledgeable. The only thing I have to point out as the only negative was the 1 hour wait time.
