I don’t tend to leave reviews, but Sarah Weld has been an important part of my healthcare journey. Sarah is one of the first medical professionals l've ever seen who has truly taken the time to listen to my concerns and what I'm looking for. I also appreciate that she allows me to ask 500 questions. I could tell from that first appointment that she genuinely cares about her patients in and out of the office; if I ever email her a question, she is quick to follow up and make sure I get my answers. Her bedside manner is so courteous and engaging to the point you forget you were previously nervous at a doctor’s appointment moments earlier. I’m also truly thankful for the time she has put into my treatment plan, even as things change as my body responds. I have realized it’s important for the best outcomes in your healthcare journey if you’re part of the plan. I always feel included when working with Sarah, and I feel comfortable sharing my opinions and worries. I feel very lucky to have found this office and to have Sarah as part of my healthcare team.

Another key point I need to share is the time invested by her to get to learn needed extras about me than just the medical aspect. This was truly appreciated because at the end of the day, that is an out-of-the box service that more doctors need to do. Why? Getting to know your patients more than just the medical side of them, goes above just the medical aspects which in turn greatly assists their well-being. I felt so comfortable talking with her. I didn’t get a chance to meet with the medical provider. The front desk staff lack over customer service skills, instead of feeling welcomed hour greeted as if you’re interrupting their conversation. The medical assistants in the back never introduced or identified who they were before they took vitals. One of them was extremely rude. The only positive encounter I had was the woman who walked me back to the exam room

Dr. McBride is my all-time favorite doctor. When choosing an OB-GYN, I wanted someone who was kind, personable, knowledgable, open, and warm. Dr. McBride fits ALL of those traits. I feel instantly comfortable in her office - especially with its new and beautiful decor (think Anthropologie) and never feel judged when asking her questions, only supported. Also, the people working in the office are a delight and make the entire process seamless. I couldn't recommend more highly!

Like the first time, she said then lump I had was on my left and I'm like no it's the right and she's doubting me until I had to pull it up on my phone. I scheduled an appt with Dr. Molly McBride on ZocDoc, then I received a call from the office informing me my appointment, as a new patient, would be with Sarah Weld, NP. At first, I felt disappointed, since I’d been researching for a doctor who might be able to help me with disruptive menopause symptoms, and right when I thought I’d finally found one, with the app showing she was available for appointments, I’m being told I can’t see the doctor since she’s not taking new patients. But then I talked with the staff (the staff is wonderful, btw), and I decide to go and see how the appointment went. I left that appointment absolutely elated — Sarah Weld is kind, patient, thoughtful, she listens to seek to understand with empathy, and she is *extremely* knowledgeable. It was my favorite gynecological appointment I’ve ever had. We laid out a game plan for treating menopause symptoms, and I no longer feel like I’m alone trying to figure out what I can do to help me feel like myself again. And if any of my younger female counterparts are reading this review — if you’d like to prepare for a smooth peri-menopause journey, please go see Sarah Weld. I would’ve done anything to have Sarah as part of my medical team when I started experiencing peri-menopause symptoms when I was in my mid-40s. It can be a very confusing, frustrating time, and Sarah can see where things stand with bloodwork to check hormone levels, discuss what to expect in the coming months/years, and layout options for treatment. Dr. Molly is wonderful. Her knowledge and calm patience with all my questions and concerns is greatly appreciated. Her acknowledgment of my anxiety and the way she treats me is exactly what I need. However I found her desk staff rude and condescending. My mother asked if the prescription was going to her pharmacy and says to her “ you mean your daughter’s pharmacy “ Clearly I’m 19 and still under my parents insurance so it’s her pharmacy so there was no need for that remark. She was rude to my mother. And she made me feel bad about having her with me but I have anxiety and need her.Clearly they need to be more sensitive, you don’t know what other people are feeling.

I arrived a bit early and the receptionist was very professional and courteous. I didn't even wait 5 minutes before I was called to take a sample then called in by the PA to conduct the exam. The whole visit was 30 minutes and painless. Staff was also pleasant and courteous. This is the place to go to be seen quickly and professionally. They are customer driven and it's very clean!

Everyone went above and beyond to ensure I understood the process, aftercare and billing. Elena was exceptional and so too the assistant aid who took care of my mom while I was being attended to. Dr. Guichard is calm, compassionate and have a very positive aura.

She listened to all my concerns and took her time explaining everything. I liked she gave me follow-up appointment to address any further concerns and to see how the medication was helping my problem. I look forward to see Dr. Richard very soon.

Made an early appointment specifically to meet with the actual doctor. I say that because I hate waking up in the morning but my vaginal health is very important to me. They even called me over the phone to reschedule because she wasn’t available at a certain time a waste of phone call didn’t get my hours of sleep.Never got to meet her however, I was met with a really wonderful PA that helped me, examined me and answered all my questions. She was wonderful.

I liked the new facility. Staff seem very polite, and I really like Dr. Guichard. I’m happy I’ve found her. She is always patient answering all my questions and she seems very and knowledgeable. The only thing I have to point out as the only negative was the 1 hour wait time.

Had an excellent experience! Dr. McBride was so thorough and reassuring and made me feel well taken care of throughout. I was seen promptly and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience.

Dr Guichard is thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, personable & trustworthy. This office lobby is gorgeous! However the medical office team could use some improvements with actually reviewing the pre check in new patients paperwork, proper greeting etiquette & utilizing effective communication by anticipating the patient’s (new/old) needs. I shouldn’t have to reiterate information to the receptionist that was shared amount myself & my doctor while visitors in the lobby listen in. The receptionist & medical team should always be effective & ready to provide the patients next steps. This makes everyone connected to this office excel + this method eliminates any/all confusion. Please remove the cleaning mops & products out of the lobby restroom. Urinating samples should not be stored at the front desks. This should be stored where the medical teams are located & away from patients. Hopefully improvement will be made :-)

My experience with Dr. McBride was fantastic. She was attentive, supportive and thorough. It felt like a judgement free zone and she really made sure I got to ask all the questions I wanted/needed to ask. The office experience was great as well. The front desk seemed capable and thorough. I was seen very fast. In total I was there for little less than an hour which was perfect. The one note I'll give is that I did not like the nurse I was seen by. She didn't smile once, made no attempt to make me feel comfortable and was checking her apple watch several times as messages came in. I felt slightly judged when I shared some of my medical history as she made a face once I had shared it. When she drew my blood there was no step by step guidance at all. That may work for some people but it didn't work for me. I may request to not have her as my nurse next time.

She was very nice but this was not my first visit and she acted like she has never had me as a patient - almost as if she didn’t have my patient history. I found it a but weird then when I left the office and get a call from the radiologist asking for me to set up an appointment for a mammogram when the Dr. Hadnt mentioned anything even after I told her I just went for a biopsy follow up. Just a strange experience.
