This was my first visit with Elisha Gomez, PA- C. Full disclosure I found this office on Zocdoc. There was a mix up and the doctor I initially chose, I assume was unavailable on the day of my appointment. However Elisha did not disappoint. She listened attentively and she had a great bedside manner.

I felt like Dr. Gundy listened to my concerns and she took the time to explain this. These qualities can be tough to find in a gynecologist so I appreciate it.

Great Bedside Manner. I felt completely comfortable speaking to her about all that was going on with me. She understood and assured me I would be able to complete all that I asked for. She’s very accommodating. My exam wasn’t uncomfortable and that’s important. I was her last patient for the day but I wasn’t made to feel that I was. She didn’t rush through the appt, which feels good. Great experience.

Nurse Practitioner Ms. Stephanie Nguyen was a caring and knowlegdegable medical professional during my visit. She reviewed my medical history, asked me if I had any questions and then proceeded to give me a very thorough and careful examination. She was sensitive to how I was during the exam and showed lots of compassion. She performed one of the most thorough exams that I have ever received. Ms. Stephanie has a wonderful bedside manner. I was very pleased with her level of care.

Great experience. She was very thorough, listened to my concerns, and didn’t rush the appointment. Even though everything looked normal, she still recommended further testing and next steps instead of dismissing my symptoms. I felt heard and taken seriously.

I felt very uneasy in the beginning since this was my first visit ever but Jenny was extremely patient and kind during the appointment. She constantly was asking if I was uncomfortable or wanted to stop at any point and explained the process as it was happening, showing me the devices she would use. Although the procedures are never pleasant, Jenny was extremely compassionate and gentle throughout.

She has been very helpful in trying to resolve my feminine area issues and already resolved one of them. She is tactful and professional and makes sure procedures are as painless as possible. I plan on continuing to see her as my gynecologist.

The doctor was great but the office is disorganized. I am still waiting for my test results to be sent over after 8 + months. Please send them to me asap.

My experience today was very professional. My tests results were clearly explained and my questions were answered. When I left the office I felt very comfortable and looking forward to returning .

I was very nervous since it was after couple of years since last pep smear but clinic is clean, staffs were polite and provider made me feel relax and comfortable!

I had no issues with the visit however I booked with Dr Tamara and this is the second time I have booked with her to see someone else. That’s the only disappointing thing about the visit

I’m baffled by the disrespect. I showed up to my appointment early morning, and the whole office was closed. I was late for work for nothing. Myself and other people waited 30 minutes for anyone to show up or call. I never received a follow up call to reschedule, and when I asked to see the doctor at a different time, she was only available one hour before the office closes (4pm). They have too many clients to have the audacity to be careless about others time.

Dr. Guichard was great. She was very patient and respectful and she answered all my questions. I will say, it seems like the office is having difficulty keeping appointments on time. The waiting room was backed up and several patients expressed concern over missing work. The folks at the front desk suggested that the patients take a full day off of work which isn’t really reasonable for most people.

Zero wait time and was in and out quickly while still feeling heard and that the exam was thorough.

She has a way of making me feel like I've been going to her for years. I think they call that "bed-side manner". It was only my 2nd visit. I'm wary of pharmaceuticals and she is well informed but also conservative and cautious in her recommendations.

She did not examine me and send me on my way, she utilized our time together to educate me about options I have to maintain my health as a woman and as a post menopausal woman. She is a doctor with great bed side manner, who naturally shares with and educates her patients, while providing a thorough examination. She is a gem.

Sarah’s great. She’s a thoughtful and creative practitioner who really takes time and listens carefully to patients’ concerns. The practice is great for general routine health care, which is all I can evaluate, as this has been my only experience with them for the past couple of years. I did feel rushed by the triage nurse, though she was friendly and kind, she speeded through every question. The pop & clubby musical selections being played throughout the clinic for the duration of my visit didn’t help, either. It was not meant to make patients relax, but extremely stimulating and distracting and maybe more for the benefit of the clinic staff.

She explained everything very well and I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you!

I have been to several gyn offices looking for the care I received from Jamie. It left me in tears. She was kind and she knew her stuff. I was told that I needed a referral and a small surgery by another office. Jamie fixed the issue on my first visit. Wonderful service.

This review is for Dr Tamara Guichard. She was very pleasant and gentle during our first appointment and I would recommend her. I’m not the biggest fan of the practice/office itself, though, I’m always waiting over an hour to be seen and the front desk isn’t the most friendly. The medical assistants (?) are a hit or miss with their kindness as well.

The experience felt frustrating and disheartening. She came across as cold and lacked understanding or sensitivity to my situation. It felt as though she was belittling me and implying I was wrong for not seeking treatment sooner.

Nurse practitioner Weld exceeded my expectations! I was having no issues, only making the appointment for an annual well-woman exam. Nurse Practitioner Weld met my immediate needs and then caringly checked with other aspects of my health and symptoms that would need to be checked out urgently. The time she spent with me was positive and meaningful.

The NP was fine but I was kept waiting in the examining room for an hour! I thought they forgot about me and I actually opened the door to ask! They were indifferent to my discomfort. Afterwards while waiting for my referral they again kept me waiting while they resolved a computer problem! I am giving the experience 2 stars because the NP was pleasant! I cannot recommend this office to anyone and I won’t be returning!
