Meet Monica Kapoor, MD

Dr. Monica Kapoor is a board-certified gynecologist who combines advanced training with a caring, patient-centered approach. She has many years of experience at top New York hospitals, where she not only cared for patients but also trained future gynecologists and created hands-on programs to improve surgical skills and outcomes.

Dr. Kapoor obtained her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Creighton University and her medical degree from Ross University.  She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut.  

Her special interests include minimally invasive surgery, fibroid treatment, and pelvic health. She has a deep understanding of gynecological endocrine issues including PCOS and menopause.  At Elite Gynecology, Dr. Kapoor offers the latest treatment options while making sure patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way. She believes in giving women clear information, compassionate guidance, and innovative care tailored to their needs.
